About the Project
This is a research project by the School of Computing and Informatics, University of Nairobi, in collaboration with the Kenya's ICT Board and the BPO & Contact Centre Society of Kenya.
The project is funded by The International Development Research Centre(IDRC)
IDRC is a Canadian Crown corporation that works in close collaboration with researchers from the developing world in their search for the means to build healthier, more equitable, and more prosperous societies.
